Look at the bottom right of your taskbar, right click on the Ethernet or WiFi icon and then click on "Open Network and Sharing Center."
Click on the blue text (your network adapter) next to the Connections line. Ours shows "Ethernet 3" but yours might be different.
In the left corner of the new window that opens up, click on the Properties button.
Select the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and then click on the properties button again.
You will not be able to switch your DNS options to your own settings. Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and insert in your DNS servers. We use 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 (CloudFlare DNS) in the image shown below.
After you're done, click OK on all of the windows you'll be good to go.
